善达库玛罗说道:噢,具大慧的毗耶娑,噢,圣仙——谛听。我将略说身体所具之不净,以及自性(svabhāva)之深重意义。
Sanatkumara
Tattva Level: pasha
It sets up a Shaiva contemplative teaching: recognizing the body’s inherent impurity helps weaken attachment (pāśa), while honoring one’s deeper nature (svabhāva) supports turning the mind toward Shiva (Pati) and liberation.
By emphasizing detachment from bodily identification, it prepares the seeker to worship the Linga with inner purity—using Saguna Shiva worship as a disciplined means to steady awareness beyond mere physicality.
A practical takeaway is daily self-reflection on impermanence and bodily impurity, paired with Shaiva sādhanā such as japa of the Panchākṣarī (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) and maintaining inner and outer śauca (purity) during worship.
