तानि न स्वीचकारासौ भिक्षां चेते शिवां च ताम् । पुनस्तु नृत्यं गानं च कौतुकात्कर्तुमुद्यतः
tāni na svīcakārāsau bhikṣāṃ cete śivāṃ ca tām | punastu nṛtyaṃ gānaṃ ca kautukātkartumudyataḥ
他并未接受那些供品;反而向吉祥的女神湿婆(Śivā)乞求布施。随后又因戏谑般的好奇,开始表演舞蹈与歌唱。

The verse highlights Shiva’s līlā expressed as humility and dependence on Śivā’s auspicious grace—pointing, in Shaiva Siddhanta terms, to anugraha (divine bestowal) as essential for the soul’s upliftment, even when the Lord is supremely complete.
Shiva’s dance and song emphasize Saguna Shiva—worship of the Lord with form, qualities, and compassionate play. Such līlā supports devotional contemplation that culminates in deeper realization of Shiva’s transcendent nature beyond form, often approached through Linga worship.
A practical takeaway is bhakti through kīrtana (devotional singing) and mindful remembrance of Shiva—supported by japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and simple offerings made with humility, as one would offer bhiksha to the Divine.
