It presents Hanuman as the archetype of the perfect bhakta—steadfast in service, fearless in dharma, and compassionate to devotees—showing that liberation-oriented spirituality is grounded in selfless dedication and unwavering faith.
Though the verse praises Hanuman in a Rama-centered frame, the Shiva Purana’s Shaiva lens highlights Saguna devotion: honoring divine forms, serving the Lord’s purpose, and protecting devotees—qualities central to Linga-upasana and devotional discipline.
Adopt sevā-bhāva (service-attitude) with japa: repeat a chosen divine name with steadiness, and cultivate bhakta-vatsalya—supporting and protecting sincere devotees as a daily vow.
