诚然,是你化生梵天、毗湿奴与摩诃因陀罗,也化生日神苏利耶及诸天,阿修罗与天众。唯你创造并护持他们;的确,唯你是万有之主。

It declares Śiva as Sakaleśvara—the supreme Pati—by whom even the highest cosmic powers (Brahmā, Viṣṇu, Indra, Sūrya) arise and are sustained, directing devotion beyond limited deities to the one sovereign Lord.
The Liṅga symbolizes the all-pervading Lord who transcends yet supports all forms; worship of Saguna Śiva through the Liṅga is presented as worship of the very source and sustainer of all gods and beings named here.
Meditate on Śiva as the inner ruler (antaryāmin) while repeating the Pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” offering water and bilva leaves to the Liṅga with the intent of surrender to the one Lord of all.
