因她之故,那座山既得净化,亦得庄严装饰。喜马拉雅仿佛被文雅之语所陶冶,如同具内在慧辨的圣贤而愈显光辉。

The verse teaches that the presence of the Devī (Pārvatī) sanctifies even the natural world: purity (śuddhi) and auspicious beauty (śobha) arise where devotion and divine grace abide—an outer sign of inner refinement on the path to union with Pati (Śiva).
In Saguna worship, sanctity is invoked through the manifest presence of Śiva-Śakti. Just as the mountain becomes purified and adorned by Pārvatī, the shrine and the devotee are made fit for Liṅga-pūjā through consecration, purity, and reverent adornment (alaṅkāra) offered to the Lord.
It points to śauca (purity) and saṃskāra (refinement): prepare the worship space, apply bhasma/Tripuṇḍra with remembrance of Śiva, and repeat the Pañcākṣarī (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) to cultivate inner discernment that makes one ‘adorned’ by wisdom.
