It highlights that divine manifestation occurs through Śiva’s yogic mastery (samādhi) and right timing, showing the sacred, purposeful union of Śiva and Śakti as the basis for auspicious cosmic and spiritual outcomes.
The verse presents Śiva as Suśaṅkara, the gracious, personal Lord (saguṇa) who intentionally bestows his presence and power—mirroring how devotees approach the Liṅga as the accessible form in which Śiva’s grace becomes tangible.
It implicitly emphasizes samādhi and disciplined meditation; as a practical takeaway, devotees may steady the mind with japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) alongside dhyāna on Śiva as the giver of auspiciousness.
