Transliteration

paṭhetpratiṣṭhākāle tu devādīnāṃ viśeṣataḥ | śivasya sarvakāryasya prārambhe ca suprītitaḥ

Translation

应当诵读此文，尤其在诸天等的安置奉献之时（pratiṣṭhā）；亦当于一切与主湿婆相关之事业开端诵之——由此湿婆大为欢喜满足。
