梵天说道:随后,那位婆罗门女子将那誓戒之法教示于女神,又对梅娜(Menā)说道;并在辞别之后,安排了女神的启程与行旅。
Brahma
Tattva Level: pashu
Shakti Form: Pārvatī
Role: teaching
It highlights the Shaiva principle that right instruction (śikṣā) and disciplined vrata refine devotion, preparing the seeker (here, the Goddess) for the next transformative step in her sacred journey.
By emphasizing vrata and guided practice, it reflects the Purāṇic method of approaching Saguna Shiva—through structured observances, purity, and devotional readiness—before deeper realization matures.
The verse points generally to undertaking a vrata under proper guidance; in Shaiva practice this commonly includes regulated conduct, prayer, and worship-discipline (often supported by mantra-japa and purity observances), even if specific items like bhasma or rudrākṣa are not named here.
