Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Vīrabhadra
Offering: naivedya
It highlights the harmonious order of Shiva’s divine attendants (gaṇas): even in celebration they remain disciplined, receptive, and inwardly attentive—showing how bhakti expresses itself as joyful service within dharma.
By naming Nandin, Bhṛṅgī, and Vīrabhadra, the verse points to Saguna Shiva’s living presence—His retinue embodies His grace and protection, reminding devotees that Linga-worship is supported by reverence for Shiva’s sacred community and traditions.
Practice offering (naivedya) with humility and order, then partake as prasāda; inwardly cultivate “kुतूहल” as sacred attentiveness—listening to Shiva-kathā while repeating the Panchākṣarī, “Om Namaḥ Śivāya.”
