The verse highlights gratitude and recognition of divine grace: auspicious destiny (bhāgya) ripens when one aligns with dharma and devotion, leading to inner fulfillment (kṛtārthatā) and repeated joy rooted in the Lord’s blessing.
Though the verse is not directly about the Liṅga, it supports Saguna-bhakti: honoring Girijā (Śakti) and her sacred lineage nurtures devotion that culminates in union with Śiva—often expressed in Purāṇic practice through Liṅga worship as the accessible form of Śiva.
A practical takeaway is daily gratitude and praise (stuti) offered to Śiva-Śakti, accompanied by japa of the Pañcākṣarī mantra “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” as a simple discipline to cultivate auspiciousness and steadiness of heart.
