मेनायाः क्रोध-विलापः — Menā’s Lament and Reproach
to the Sage
ब्रह्मोवाच । इत्युक्ते तु तदा सिद्धाः सनकाद्या महामुने । समागत्य महाप्रीत्या वचनं हीदमब्रुवन्
brahmovāca | ityukte tu tadā siddhāḥ sanakādyā mahāmune | samāgatya mahāprītyā vacanaṃ hīdamabruvan
梵天说道:“当此言既出,噢大圣者,成就者们——善那迦等——便欢喜无量而前来,遂说出如下之语。”
Brahma
Tattva Level: pati
It highlights how realized beings (siddhas like Sanaka) respond with joy to true dharmic or Shaiva instruction—suggesting that authentic knowledge naturally draws the assent and support of the spiritually perfected.
Though the verse is transitional, it frames the authority of what follows: the siddhas’ forthcoming words function as a validating bridge that often precedes teachings on Saguna Shiva worship—such as Linga devotion, mantra, and disciplined conduct.
The implied takeaway is to seek guidance from realized teachers and then practice with gladness and steadiness—typically expressed in Shaiva practice as japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and reverent observance of Shiva-centered vows.
