当时,圣者啊,梅那凝视那支极其吉祥殊胜的军队;见一切进展井然有序、合乎礼法,便心生欢喜。
Sūta Gosvāmin (narrating to the sages of Naimiṣāraṇya)

The verse highlights śubha (auspicious order) arising when events align with dharma; Menā’s joy reflects the calming of worldly anxiety when the divine will (Śiva’s overarching governance) is seen to be harmonious and proper.
Though not explicitly about the Liṅga, it supports Saguna Śiva’s leelā: the visible, well-ordered unfolding of sacred events inspires trust and devotion, which in Shaiva practice matures into steadiness in worship and surrender to Śiva as Pati (the Lord).
A practical takeaway is to cultivate śānti and gratitude through japa of the Pañcākṣarī mantra “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” especially when seeking inner assurance that life is returning to proper order.
