同样地,诸牟尼圣者、那伽、悉地者,以及随侍的半神(优婆苏罗)也来到那里;又有许多其他众生亦被如法邀请而至,欢欣鼓舞,宛如庆典。

It highlights that when a sacred Shaiva event unfolds, beings across realms—sages, siddhas, and nāgas—naturally gather, showing the universal pull of Shiva-tattva and the auspiciousness (maṅgala) of devotion expressed as utsava.
The verse depicts a celebratory divine assembly around a sacred occurrence connected to Shiva’s manifest (saguṇa) līlā; such gatherings mirror how devotees congregate for Linga worship and festivals, affirming Shiva’s accessible grace in ritual and story.
The takeaway is to approach Shiva worship with utsava-bhāva—join satsanga, attend temple festivals, and accompany pūjā with japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) as a communal and inner celebration.
