पार्वतीवाक्यं—शिवस्य परब्रह्मत्व-निरूपणम्
Pārvatī’s Discourse: Establishing Śiva as Parabrahman
शिव उवाच । कुत्र यास्यसि मां हित्वा न त्वं त्याज्या मया पुनः । प्रसन्नोऽस्मि वरं ब्रूहि नादेयम्विद्यते तव
śiva uvāca | kutra yāsyasi māṃ hitvā na tvaṃ tyājyā mayā punaḥ | prasanno'smi varaṃ brūhi nādeyamvidyate tava
湿婆说道:“你要往何处去,竟离我而去?我再也不会舍弃你。我已欢喜满足——说出你的愿求吧;为你,我无所不赐。”
Lord Shiva
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Umāpati
Type: stotra
Shakti Form: Pārvatī
Role: liberating
The verse highlights Śiva as Pati (the Lord) whose prasāda (grace) protects the devotee; once pleased, he removes fear of separation and invites the soul to ask for what supports dharma and liberation.
It reflects Saguna Śiva’s intimate, personal grace—worship of the Liṅga with devotion culminates in prasannatā (divine satisfaction), after which the Lord becomes varada, granting spiritual and worldly boons.
Seek Śiva’s prasāda through steady bhakti—daily japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), Liṅga-pūjā with bhasma (Tripuṇḍra) and Rudrākṣa, and then pray for a boon aligned with dharma and mokṣa.
