ब्रह्मोवाच । एवं विश्राव्य भगवान् महादेवो वृषध्वजः । सुरान् प्रवाचयामास विधिविष्णू तथा मुनीम्
brahmovāca | evaṃ viśrāvya bhagavān mahādevo vṛṣadhvajaḥ | surān pravācayāmāsa vidhiviṣṇū tathā munīm
梵天说道:如此宣示其意旨与敕令之后,吉祥的摩诃提婆——牛旗者(Vṛṣadhvaja)——便开示诸天,并也对梵天(立法者)、毗湿奴与牟尼圣者而说。
