सुभगे येन जप्तेन विधिना सोऽचिराद् द्रुतम् । आराधितस्ते प्रत्यक्षो भविष्यति शिवो ध्रुवम्
subhage yena japtena vidhinā so'cirād drutam | ārādhitaste pratyakṣo bhaviṣyati śivo dhruvam
吉祥者啊,依照规定的仪轨行持持诵(japa)以召请之,湿婆必定欢喜;并且不久便会迅速地亲自向你显现——此事确凿无疑。

The verse points to Saguna-upāsanā bearing fruit: worship and japa performed with rules and devotion culminate in pratyakṣa-anubhava—Shiva’s tangible presence—often approached through Linga worship, mantra, and ritual purity.
Mantra-japa done “vidhinā” (as prescribed): steady repetition with focused mind, purity, and devotional intent—commonly supported in Shaiva practice by daily worship, bhasma (tripuṇḍra), and rudrākṣa where applicable.
