The verse highlights the auspicious darśana of the divine couple—Śiva with Śakti—revealing that the Lord’s grace becomes manifest (Saguna) and is recognized through reverence (vandana) by sages and devas, strengthening bhakti as a direct means to upliftment.
Though the verse depicts the couple in a visible, glorious form, it supports Saguna-upāsanā: devotees approach Śiva through manifest signs of grace—such as the Liṅga, divine forms, and sacred presence—honoring Him with praise like the ṛṣis and devas do here.
A practical takeaway is vandana and smaraṇa: recite the Pañcākṣarī (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) with focused remembrance of Śiva-Śakti, and offer simple salutations (namaskāra) as the sages do, cultivating humility and devotion.
