शिवबालोपि सुप्रीतो दिव्यज्ञानमदात्परम् । विश्वामित्राय मुनये महोतिकारकः प्रभुः
śivabālopi suprīto divyajñānamadātparam | viśvāmitrāya munaye mahotikārakaḥ prabhuḥ
虽仍为神圣之童,主湿婆大为欢喜,赐予牟尼毗湿瓦密多至上天界之智;彼主乃大能者,施与崇高利益之赐者。

Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
Role: liberating
It teaches that true liberating knowledge (parama-jñāna) arises primarily from Śiva’s grace when the devotee or sage becomes pleasing to Him, showing Śiva as Pati (the Lord) who uplifts the bound soul.
The verse highlights Saguna Śiva’s compassionate accessibility—He can appear even as a child and still confer supreme wisdom—encouraging devotees to approach Śiva through tangible worship (such as Liṅga-pūjā) that ripens into divine knowledge.
A practical takeaway is to cultivate Śiva-prīti (pleasing devotion) through daily japa of the Pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya” and regular Liṅga-abhiṣeka, seeking divya-jñāna as a fruit of grace rather than mere scholarship.
