只要他们还拖拽着他的双足,伽那(象头神伽内沙)便以手击打;击中他们的手后,他亲自将那双脚抛起并甩开。

Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Mahādeva
Role: liberating
It highlights divine guardianship: when hostile forces try to “drag down” righteousness, Gaṇeśa—Shiva’s gaṇa and remover of obstacles—reverses the aggression, showing that grace protects the devotee and restores dharma.
Gaṇeśa’s power is understood as arising from Saguna Shiva’s household and authority; devotion to Shiva (and reverence to his gaṇas) is portrayed as bringing active, tangible protection in worldly conflicts while supporting the devotee’s path toward liberation.
Begin undertakings with Gaṇeśa and Shiva remembrance—chant “Om Gaṇapataye Namaḥ” followed by “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”—and cultivate inner steadiness (bhakti plus self-control) so obstacles are met with clarity rather than fear.
