तस्मान्मच्छासनाद्विष्णुस्सृष्टिं साक्षाद्धि नूतनाम् । विधाय मनसोद्दिष्टां तत्सिद्धिं यच्छति ध्रुवम्

Transliteration

tasmānmacchāsanādviṣṇussṛṣṭiṃ sākṣāddhi nūtanām | vidhāya manasoddiṣṭāṃ tatsiddhiṃ yacchati dhruvam

Translation

因此，依我之命，毗湿奴确实亲自显现崭新的创造；并依照（受命造化者）心中所构想而加以成就，必定无误地赐予其确定的圆满。
