jāyate na hi sandeho netareṣāmiti śrutiḥ | śivabhaktivihīnānāmiti tattvārthaniścayaḥ

Translation

对此实无疑惑——《闻传》（śruti）如是宣说；对其他人则不然。此为已定之真义：缺乏对湿婆的虔敬者，不能获得究竟义的决定与应得之果。
