śaktikāryamidaṃ cakraṃ hiraṇyajyotirāśritam | salilenāvṛtamidaṃ salilaṃ vahnināvṛtam

Translation

此宇宙之轮乃是圣力（Śakti）的作用，安住于金色光辉之中；它为水所覆，而彼水又复为火所覆。
