Transliteration

nivṛttirūpamākhyātaṃ sṛṣṭicakramidaṃ budhaiḥ | pitāmahādhiṣṭhitaṃ ca padametaddhi śobhanam

Translation

智者宣说：此轮回转的创造之轮，体性为“尼弗里蒂”（nivṛtti，回收退转），引人归向解脱。此亦为光辉之位，由毗多摩诃（梵天，Brahmā）所主宰。
