Transliteration

sadāśivasahasrāṃśānmaheśasya samudbhavaḥ | puruṣānanarūpatvādvāyoradhipatiśca saḥ

Translation

祂由摩诃伊湿伐罗（Maheśa）而现，为常住吉祥主（Sadāśiva）千分之一的显化。由于具有人面之相（puruṣānana），祂亦为风界之主，统御伐由（Vāyu）之原理。
