Exposition of the Supreme Method of Creation and the Tirodhāna-Cakra
वासुदेवोऽनिरुद्धश्च ततस्संकर्षणः परः । प्रद्युम्नश्चेति विख्यातं स्थितिचक्रमनुत्तमम्
vāsudevo'niruddhaśca tatassaṃkarṣaṇaḥ paraḥ | pradyumnaśceti vikhyātaṃ sthiticakramanuttamam
“婆苏提婆(Vāsudeva)与阿尼鲁陀(Aniruddha),继而至上的僧羯沙那(Saṅkarṣaṇa)与普拉丢摩那(Pradyumna)——此即著称为无上之维持之轮(sthiti-chakra)。”从湿婆派(Śaiva)立场看,这些维系之力皆在主宰的统摄中运作,而湿婆恒为超越一切轮回之主(Pati)。

Contemplate Śiva as the inner ruler of all cosmic functions while repeating the Pañcākṣarī mantra (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”), aligning the mind with steadiness (sthiti) and seeking liberation beyond the cycle.
