Sukta 5.24
Agni
Mantra 1
Mantra 2
Mantra 3
Mantra 4
It asks Agni to be very near, to protect like a shelter, to listen to prayer, and to save the worshippers from harmful intentions.
Because Agni is present as the visible ritual fire and is felt as the closest divine helper—immediately available to hear and protect.
It can be recited at the start of a fire offering or lamp-lighting as a prayer for safety, clarity, and auspicious support for one’s household or group work.
