सोमस्य राज्ञो वरुणस्य धर्मणि बृहस्पतेरनुमत्या उ शर्मणि । तवाहमद्य मघवन्नुपस्तुतौ धातर्विधातः कलशाँ अभक्षयम् ॥

在苏摩王之法(dharma)中,在伐楼那的秩序真理中,并在布里哈斯帕提慈和的允诺中——于那庇护的安宁里:今日,慷慨者啊,在你近旁的赞颂中,造持者Dhātṛ、安置者Vidhātṛ啊,我已啜饮了苏摩之器。

我既被发动,已在钵中备妥祭分;我又锻铸并拂拭此赞歌——作为最先的苏利(光明的施与者)使之显现。于压榨的苏摩(Soma)之胜利中,当我来到你们二位面前、在家室之内——噢,毗湿瓦密多(Viśvāmitra)与阇摩达格尼(Jamadagni),启示之见与炽烈之主宰。
