Transliteration

yathāgamaṃ ca yo rājā samayaṃ vicikīrṣati |

budhyate sacivān buddhyā suhṛdaś cānupaśyati ||6.63.8||

Translation

那位国王若依正统法度，谋求在适当关头行事；以明慧洞察诸臣，并常念善友忠辅——他才真正明了当行之事。
