सागरप्रतीक्षा-क्रोधप्रादुर्भावः
Rama’s Vigil at the Ocean and the Rise of Wrath
एवमुक्त्वाधनुष्पाणिःक्रोधविस्फारितेक्षणः ।बभूवरामोदुर्धर्षोयुगान्तानगिरिवज्वलन् ।।6.21.25।।
evam uktvā dhanuṣpāṇiḥ krodhavisphāritekṣaṇaḥ |
babhūva rāmo durdharṣo yugāntānagiriva jvalan ||6.21.25||
言毕,罗摩手执弓,怒目圆睁,遂成不可侵犯之威,炽然如劫末之火。
"(The ocean) Having made me angry, now I will torment the ocean even though it is imperturbable and has its limits. I will torment the ocean with its thousands of waves and mighty demons by my arrows and make the ocean cross its boundary."
Righteous anger is portrayed as controlled tejas: power awakened to remove obstruction to justice, not to indulge rage.
Rāma’s resolve turns into immediate martial readiness as he prepares to act against the Ocean.
Tejas with purpose—intensity directed by duty.
