sa babhūva kṛśo rājā maithilī-kāma-mohitaḥ | asanmānāc ca suhṛdāṁ pāpaṁ pāpena karmaṇā ||6.11.1||

Translation

那国王因迷恋弥梯利而日渐消瘦；又因其罪恶之行而成罪人，甚至连亲善之人也轻慢于他。
