सुन्दरकाण्डे अष्टपञ्चाशः सर्गः
हनुमद्वृत्तान्तकथनम्, सीताभिज्ञान-प्रदानम्, लङ्कादाह-वर्णनम्
यस्या ह्येवंविधस्स्वप्नो दुःखितायाः प्रदृश्यते।सा दुःखैर्विविधैर्मुक्ता सुखमाप्नोत्यनुत्तमम्।।।।प्रणिपातप्रसन्ना हि मैथिली जनकात्मजा।
yasyā hy evaṁvidhaḥ svapno duḥkhitāyāḥ pradṛśyate | sā duḥkhair vividhair muktā sukham āpnoty anuttamam || praṇipāta-prasannā hi maithilī janakātmajā |
忧苦之人若见此等梦兆,便能解脱种种悲患,获得无上安乐。弥提利——阇那迦之女——见人俯伏祈求,便心生慈悯。
'Whoever in a sorrowful state sees such kind of dream, would be not only relieved of all sorrows but will experience immense happiness. Janaka's daughter Sita will bless us with protection if we pray her.
The verse elevates humility and seeking pardon: sincere prostration and repentance can transform hostility into protection through the virtue of the righteous.
Trijaṭā interprets the dream as auspicious for Sītā and urges the rākṣasīs to approach her with reverence to avert disaster.
Sītā’s compassion and moral authority: her grace is portrayed as accessible to those who sincerely submit and change their conduct.
