Sita’s Recognition and Reassurance by the Envoy
नैव दंशान्न मशकान्न कीटान्न सरीसृपान्।राघवोऽपनयेद्गात्रात्त्वद्गतेनान्तरात्मना।।।।
naiva daṃśān na maśakān na kīṭān na sarīsṛpān | rāghavo 'panayed gātrāt tvadgatena antarātmanā ||
罗伽婆内心深处唯系于你,甚至不从身上拂去苍蝇、蚊蚋、虫豸与爬行之物。
"Since you left, Rama has been always thinking sincerely of you, no longer drives away flies or mosquitoes nor insects or serpents from his body (his mind entirely fixed on you).
Dharma as steadfast fidelity: Rāma’s undistracted remembrance signifies unwavering commitment and truth in relationship, even amid hardship.
