हनूमद्बलप्रबोधनम् / Jāmbavān Rekindles Hanūmān’s Power
वीर वानरलोकस्य सर्वशास्त्रविदां वर।तूष्णीमेकान्तमाश्रित्य हनूमन्किं न जल्पसि।।।।
vīra vānaralokasya sarvaśāstravidāṃ vara |
tūṣṇīm ekāntam āśritya hanūman kiṃ na jalpasi ||
“勇士哈奴曼啊——汝为婆那罗界之最,亦为通晓诸《沙斯特拉》者之首——为何独处一隅,默然不语?”
'O Hanuman! you are the choicest one among many scholars well-versed in all sastras. Why do you sit alone? Why do you not speak?
Dharma in counsel requires timely speech: wisdom and learning should serve the community, not remain silent when action and truth are needed.
An elder addresses Hanuman, urging him to speak rather than remain silent in solitude.
Hanuman’s learning and heroic capability are acknowledged; the verse calls forth his leadership through truthful, helpful speech.
