于是安伽陀——众婆那罗中的睿智太子,肩阔如狮若牛,臂力雄健——在如理思量并致以应有敬意后,以柔和甘美之声对那些年长而受敬重的林居者开口说道。
Coming to a conclusion after due deliberation Angada, heir apparent, profoundly wise, endowed with sturdy and broad shoulders like those of a lion or a bull, spoke in a sweet voice to the elderly, respectable monkeys, dwellers of the forest:
Dharma in leadership: when a community is shaken, a leader should deliberate carefully and speak respectfully and gently to restore order and right action.
After the group despairs over the missed deadline, Angada gathers himself to address the elders and guide the next decision.
Responsible leadership with humility—Angada reasons properly and honors elders with courteous speech rather than acting impulsively.
