Instructions for the Western Search Party
सिन्धुसागरयोश्चैव सङ्गमे तत्र पर्वतः।महान्हेमगिरिर्नाम शतशृङ्गो महाद्रुमः।।4.42.15।।
sindhusāgarayoś caiva saṅgame tatra parvataḥ |
mahān hemagirir nāma śataśṛṅgo mahādrumaḥ ||4.42.15||
在信度河与大海交汇之处,耸立着一座名为诃摩吉利的大山,百峰峥嵘,巨木森然。
'On the slopes of that mountain you will find lions called Pakshagamas, that is lions with wings. They carry the whales, fishes and elephants from the sea to their shelters on the beautiful mountain slopes.
