二位宛如王仙、又似天神,誓戒坚固,容貌殊胜:你们如何来到此地?你们的到来仿佛使鹿群以及其他林中行走的众生惊惧不安。
'You both fair in complexion, resemble royal sages or gods. You appear like ascetics and pursue vows in austerity. How come, you are present here, as if to frighten the animals and other creatures roaming this forest?
The verse reinforces dharmic inquiry and respectful address; repetition underscores the seriousness of verifying intent without abandoning courtesy.
A Southern Recension presentation repeats/combines the prior question as Hanuman continues his careful identification of the two strangers.
Viveka (discernment): careful verification before alliance or conflict, conducted through respectful speech.
