The Monsoon Description and Rama’s Counsel on Timing
घनोपगूढं गगनं सतारंन भास्करो दर्शनमभ्युपैति।नवैर्जलौघैर्धरणी विसृप्तातमो विलिप्ता न दिशः प्रकाशाः।।
ghanopagūḍhaṃ gaganaṃ satāraṃ na bhāskaro darśanam abhyupaiti | navair jalaughair dharaṇī visṛptā tamo-viliptā na diśaḥ prakāśāḥ ||
苍穹被浓云裹覆，日轮不现，群星亦隐。大地仿佛在新涌的水幕下滑行，四方不再明朗，尽被黑暗涂抹。
'Ennveloped by clouds, the Sun and stars are not visible. The earth glides with the flow of fresh waters. The directions are not clear, covered by darkness.
