महाभिषेकः
Sugriva’s Coronation and Angada’s Installation
हृष्टपुष्टजनाकीर्णा पताकाध्वजशोभिता।बभूव नगरी रम्या किष्किन्धा गिरिगह्वरे।।
hṛṣṭapuṣṭajanākīrṇā patākādhvajaśobhitā |
babhūva nagarī ramyā kiṣkindhā girigahvare ||
在山之洞窟中,可爱之城奇什金达熠熠生辉——人众欢悦而丰足,旌旗幢幡处处庄严。
As Sugriva and Angada were installed, all the monkeys were highly pleased and praised the noble-hearted Rama and Lakshmana again and again.
Dharma in governance yields loka-kalyāṇa (public welfare): when rightful rule is restored, society becomes secure, prosperous, and celebratory.
After the political transition, Kiṣkindhā is portrayed as festive and thriving, reflecting renewed order in the kingdom.
The virtue of good rulership indirectly—stable, legitimate authority results in citizens’ well-being and communal joy.
