三界仿佛迷惘失神,心神尽皆震荡;在那大圣仙的光辉之前,连太阳也似黯然无色。
The people of all the three worlds are agitated and confused in mind. The Sun, too, looks pale before the brilliance of the Maharshi.
Dharma implies right ordering of power: extraordinary tapas can eclipse even cosmic lights, so it must be harmonized with the welfare of all beings.
The gods intensify their report: Viśvāmitra’s brilliance is so great that even the Sun seems diminished, and the worlds are mentally shaken.
Spiritual potency (tejas) born of disciplined practice—paired with the implied need for benevolent direction.
