Transliteration

ihaiva tvābhiṣiñcantu sarvāḥ prakṛtayaḥ saha |

ṛtvijaḥ sa-vasiṣṭhāś ca mantra-vid mantra-kovidāḥ ||

Translation

愿此地就由国中一切臣民与诸阶层同心，并由祭司们——连同婆悉吒（Vasiṣṭha）——那些通晓真言、善于圣诵者，为你举行灌顶加冕。
