vicaranti mahīpālā yātrāsthā vijigīṣavaḥ ||

Translation

乡野之民，所愿丰足，牛乳酥酪之财充盈，于此时安泰兴盛；诸王怀胜利之志，出行征伐，往来于军旅之间。
