“Surakārya” means a task or mission undertaken for the devas (gods). The verse stresses that the matter at hand is part of a divine objective, not merely a personal concern.
Tridiva is a common Purāṇic name for Svarga (heaven), the realm of the gods. Nārada’s quick departure indicates urgency in carrying out or reporting on a divine mission connected with the devas’ affairs.
It highlights prioritizing higher duty over delay: when a matter serves a larger good (especially a divine or communal purpose), one should act promptly and decisively, as Nārada does.
