FAQs

It anchors Sarasvatī’s sacred presence specifically at Puṣkara, presenting the tīrtha as a locus where a divine river manifests for ritual and spiritual purposes.

By portraying Sarasvatī’s manifestation as serving Brahmā and pleasing the wise, it frames sacred places and divine manifestations as purposeful aids for devotion, worship, and reverent engagement with dharma.

The verse suggests that sacred resources (like tīrthas and rivers) are to be approached with wisdom and right intention—supporting worship, learning, and inner refinement rather than mere worldly use.
