It serves as a concluding phala-śruti: hearing/knowing the Kāmākṣī Māhātmya and the Siddhanātha account is presented as sin-destroying and as leading to fulfillment of aims on earth and attainment of svarga.
By highlighting ‘surārcitāṅghri’ (the Lord whose feet are worshipped), it frames devotion and reverence to the deity/kshetra as a means to both worldly well-being and higher post-mortem merit.
No specific Vedāṅga technique is taught in this verse; its practical takeaway is the Purāṇic method of phala-śruti—using promised results to motivate śravaṇa (hearing) and kṣetra-māhātmya-oriented religious practice.
