Mohinī

Primary Rasa: raudra
Secondary Rasa: bibhatsa
It highlights dharmic accountability: even devas can be censured when an action is ethically flawed, and “karma” is judged by its moral quality (pāpa/puṇya), not by status.
By condemning a sinful deed, the verse indirectly reinforces that true Vishnu-bhakti aligns with dharma—devotion is not merely ritual or power, but purity of intention and righteous conduct.
The verse is primarily ethical (dharma–nīti) rather than technical Vedāṅga instruction; its practical takeaway is discernment in action—evaluating karma by dharmic standards (pāpa-saṃjñā) before performing rites.
