The verse highlights the cosmic administration of dharma: a guided approach (with Citragupta) to Brahmā’s realm, where both gross and subtle orders of beings are present—implying that karmic law and divine governance extend across visible and invisible worlds.
Indirectly, it sets the backdrop that the universe includes embodied and subtle beings under divine order; bhakti is practiced with awareness that all realms are sustained by higher principles, encouraging reverence and accountability even beyond the material plane.
No specific Vedāṅga is taught in this verse; however, it resonates with dharma-śāstric ideas of karmic accounting associated with Citragupta, which supports practical ethical discipline (ācāra) rather than a technical lesson in Śikṣā, Vyākaraṇa, or Jyotiṣa.
