It presents dharmic governance (pālana) as a spiritual force: when protection and justice are established, prosperity spreads naturally—like dūrvā grass flourishing when properly watered.
Indirectly, it supports Bhakti by showing that a dharmic social order enables steady religious life—people can perform worship, vows, and charity without fear or disorder when righteous rule prevails.
The emphasis is on applied Dharma (rajadharma/pālana) rather than a specific Vedāṅga; the practical takeaway is that disciplined administration and protection of subjects are core dharmic duties that sustain ritual life and social prosperity.
