Transliteration

devavāhasamaṃ rūpe prabhaṃjanasamaṃ jave | dharāmādṛtya bhūpālo datvā taṃ dakṣiṇaṃ karam || 19 ||

Translation

其形貌如诸天之乘骑，其迅疾如疾风奔涌。国王敬礼大地，以右手与之相接，示以纳受。
