Adhyaya 49 — Cosmic Dissolution
ग्रामं सघोषविन्यासं तेषु चावसथान् पृथक् ।
सोत्सेधवप्रकारञ्च सर्वतः परिखावृतम् ॥
grāmaṃ saghoṣa-vinyāsaṃ teṣu cāvasathān pṛthak | sotsedha-vapra-kāraṃ ca sarvataḥ parikhā-vṛtam ||
“grāma（村落）与其 ghoṣa（聚落/坊区）及其中分立的住处一并规划；有高起的土垣与围墙，并由护城壕沟四面环绕。”
