Adhyaya 39 — Yoga Discipline: Posture, Breath Control, Sense Withdrawal, and Signs of Attainment
dharmārthakāmamokṣāṇāṃ śarīraṃ sādhanaṃ yataḥ /
pravṛtti-lakṣaṇa-ākhyānād yogino vismayāt tathā /
vijñānaṃ vilayaṃ yāti tasmād gopyāḥ pravṛttayaḥ //

Didactic yoga-ethics; not part of the five hallmark topics.
‘Others’ wonder’ can be read as externalization of prāṇa/citta; when attention turns outward (through fame, curiosity, or scrutiny), subtle integration loosens and vijñāna ‘dissolves’ into ordinary mentation.
